Lion’s Mane mushroom has a long history of use in East Asian traditional medicine. Sfera Lion’s Mane is made from a Hericium erinaceus ethanol-water 10:1 extract, with the aim to enrich the polysaccharide content in the material. Sfera Lion’s Mane Extract can have side effects. Gastrointestinal disturbances are the most common side effects. Sfera Lion’s Mane Extract may cause skin itching.
